GUNSMOKE. Tabacalera's "FIRST CLASS" and "ULTRA BUY" AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PRIVATE LABEL MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is made as of the 1st day of October, 1998 (this "Amendment"), between FAMOUS VALUE BRANDS, a division of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ INCORPORATED, a Virginia corporation with offices at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ("Manufacturer"), and AMCON DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, a Delaware corporation with offices at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (together with its successors, permitted assigns and affiliates, "Customer").
