Guild Obligations definition

Guild Obligations means all obligations, liabilities and/or commitments of any kind or nature arising under or in connection with any contract, collective bargaining agreement or other document or instrument with any Guild or the members of any Guild, including, without limitation, any obligation or liability to make any payments pursuant to any such contracts, agreements, documents or instruments arising in connection with or as a result of the development, acquisition, production or Exploitation of any Picture or any Picture Rights, including, without limitation, any so-called "residual",
Guild Obligations means all obligations, liabilities and/or commitments of any kind or nature arising under or in connection with any contract, collective bargaining agreement or other document or instrument with any Guild or the members of any Guild, including, without limitation, any obligation or liability to make any payments pursuant to any such contracts, agreements, documents or instruments arising in connection with or as a result of the development, acquisition, production or Exploitation of any Picture or any Picture Rights, including, without limitation, any so-called "residual", "reuse", "rerun" or "supplemental market" payments.

Examples of Guild Obligations in a sentence

  • At the Closing, Buyer shall enter into the Guild Assumption Agreements with the applicable Guilds pursuant to which Buyer shall have assumed Seller's Guild Obligations (the "Guild Assumption Agreements").
