Guide Dogs definition

Guide Dogs means a dog trained as a guide for a person who is blind and having qualifications prescribed by the regulations.
Guide Dogs means The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (Trading Company) Limited whose registered office is at Hillfields, Burghfield Common, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 3YG; Registered Company No. 1596945; and any or all of its affiliated companies.
Guide Dogs means The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. A company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales (291646) and a charity registered in England and Wales (209617) and Scotland (SCO38979).

  • You must seek prior approval in accordance with the section Guide Dogs and Service Dogs in Part 1 of this Contract if you or your designated roommate require that a guide dog or service dog reside in your accommodation.
