Guest Property definition

Guest Property means a hotel, motel, hospital, other healthcare facility or any other similar type of facility located in the Territory that regularly permits overnight or otherwise short-term stays by individuals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EchoStar reserves the right to determine at any time and from time to time, in its Sole Discretion, whether a location constitutes a Guest Property or is more appropriately considered another type of location.
Guest Property means Money, Securities and Property belonging to the Insured’s hotel guests.

  • Guest Property | Pacific University is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property in University housing or facilities due to fire, theft, pests, water, interruption of water or heat, other utility problems, damages caused by Guests, other residents, or other causes.

  • All baggage and other property belonging to guests of a Hotel ("Guest Property") that is in the care, possession, or control (including, without limitation, checked baggage and property left in safe deposit boxes) of CapStar on the day prior to the Date of this Agreement shall continue in the care, possession, or control of CapStar or shall be transitioned to the Manager, IMIC, or Hilton, as appropriate.

  • Retailer shall promptly notify EchoStar if it is aware of or suspects a change in the number of Units at any Guest Property or bulk-billed MDU Property subscribing to Bulk Programming.

  • All other Guest Property left in the possession, care or control of any Seller, the Operating Lessee or Manager prior to the Closing Date shall be returned by such Seller, the Operating Lessee or Manager to guests prior to the Closing Date.

  • Bass shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold FCH harmless from and against any claim for, Guest Property placed in the care, possession, or control of a Bass Party before the Closing Date.

  • Retailer shall ensure that no Guest Property or bulk-billed MDU Property engages directly or indirectly in: (i) the reselling of Bulk Programming (i.e., the property cannot charge more for Bulk Programming than they pay to EchoStar for such Bulk Programming); (ii) the retransmission or rebroadcast of any Programming, except with the express written consent of EchoStar which consent EchoStar may withhold in its Sole Discretion; or (iii) modifying, adding to, or deleting any of the Bulk Programming offered.
