Guest Fee definition

Guest Fee means the fee payable for a Member to bring a Guest into the Centre. The obligations relating to Guests apply even if the Guest has been permitted to access the Centre under a free one time trial pass.
Guest Fee means a charge payable by a Member for a Guest to use the Services.
Guest Fee or “Total Fee” means the amount that is due and payable by a Guest in exchange for that Guest’s stay in a meeting space, including any services ordered through the Site plus any Taxes in respect of Guest Fees, such as VAT. The Host and/or Third-Party Service provider alone, and not WeMeet, determines these amounts (excl. Taxes). The Host may in his or her sole discretion decide to include in these amounts (i) a catering fee, services fee or any other fee permitted on the WeMeet platform, or (ii) Taxes that the Host determines that he or she has to collect.

Examples of Guest Fee in a sentence

  • The occupancy of the Unit and Premises by an unauthorized guest in excess of seven (7) days during the Lease Term shall be deemed a breach of this Lease, and Landlord shall be entitled to recover from Resident and guest (whose liability shall be joint and several) the $500 Unauthorized Guest Fee, which shall be in addition to any other amounts owing to Landlord by Resident pursuant to this Lease.

  • In the event any unregistered or unauthorized Overnight Guest(s) are identified to be in or using an apartment or bedroom space, Owner may assess against the Resident a Guest Fee of $50 per day, in addition to the right of Owner to declare Resident in material breach of this Agreement and pursue other available remedies.

  • In the event any unregistered or unauthorized Overnight Guest(s) are identified to be in or using an apartment or bedroom space, Owner may assess against the Resident a Guest Fee of $60 per night, in addition to the right of Owner to declare Resident in material breach of this Agreement and pursue other available remedies.

  • These include but are not limited to: • Unauthorised Guest Fee – a charge of $[130] per day for the duration of the stay of each unauthorised occupant (other than the Resident) of the Room.

  • Payment of the Daily Resort Guest Fee entitles each such Guest to use the following privileges at the Resort without the need to be accompanied by a Principal Guest or parent (subject to age limitations for the purpose and consumption of alcohol and to age/license limitations for the operation of golf carts).

  • Guest Fee: the Fee payable under clause 5.5 as set out in the Details.

  • You may bring a guest into a Club but only if they register with Club staff, pay a Guest Fee and meet our other reasonable conditions.

  • The amount of the Daily Resort Guest Fee varies depending on the visit dates and is subject to change by the Hualālai Club.

  • Guest Fee: The Fee payable under clauses 5.5 and 11.8, as set out in the Schedule of Fees.

  • Payment of the Daily Resort Guest Fee will grant access to the below privileges (additional fees apply as appropriate).
