GUA(s) definition

GUA(s) means the process or a document used to engage and/or document transactions in which an executing broker or dealer (“Executing Party”) executes or processes a trade on behalf of a customer or a trading manager of a customer for an account of the customer at the clearing or carrying broker (“Clearing Broker”) with the intent that the Executing Party will execute and give up the contract to the Clearing Broker.
