Guarantys. Collectively, the Absolute Unconditional and Continuing Guarantys executed by each Guarantor in favor of Lender, as modified and/or reaffirmed from time to time, guaranteeing repayment of the Loan, the Reimbursement Agreement and all obligations of each Borrower associated therewith.
Guarantys means, individually or collectively as the context permits or requires, those instruments or agreements of guaranty, now or hereafter in effect, from one or more Guarantors guaranteeing repayment of all or any part of the Loan.
