Guaranty Trust definition

Guaranty Trust means the irrevocable guaranty trust agreement number F-675 (contrato de fideicomiso irrevocable de garantía) dated December 29, 2006 governed by Mexican law substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto, and executed by and among Borrower and Parras Cone, as settlors (fideicomitentes) and beneficiaries, and the Trustee, appointing Agent, as first beneficiary (fideicomisario en primer lugar).
Guaranty Trust means the Mexican Trust Agreement (Fideicomiso Irrevocable de Garantía) dated as of April 29, 2003 entered into by and between certain Affiliates of the Company as grantors and GE Capital Bank, Sociedad Anónima, Institución de Banca Múltiple GE Capital Grupo Financiero as trustee, in order to guaranty the obligations of the Common Agreement and the guaranty trust to be incorporated by the Company and certain Affiliates of the Company as part of the refinancing described in Section 5.16.
Guaranty Trust means that certain Irrevocable Guaranty Trust Agreement number 439, dated as of the date hereof, executed by and among Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Holdings, S.A. de C.V. and Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Automotive Company de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., the Lessor, and Banco Invex, S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Invex Grupo Financiero, Fiduciario, with the acknowledgment of the Lessee.

Guaranty Trust means PATS/ACA Guaranty Trust, a statutory trust formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, as beneficiary of the Certificate Guaranty.
