GUARANTOR'S INFORMATION means any information contained in any Registration Statement (as defined below) that was set forth in the letter of even date herewith from the Guarantor to the Issuer and the Initial Purchasers and such other information as the Guarantor may furnish in writing specifically for inclusion or incorporation by reference in such Registration Statement.
