Guarantor Fee definition

Guarantor Fee means a fee paid by an Owner/Developer to an entity or individual that will provide construction completion guarantees to the project equity investor for an agreed upon price.

Examples of Guarantor Fee in a sentence

  • Guarantor shall have five (5) Business Days after the date of any Guarantor Fee Notice to request from Agent an invoice setting forth in reasonable detail such costs, fees and/or expenses requested to be paid by Agent and such costs, fees and/or expenses shall be due and payable by Guarantor to Agent no later than the fifth (5th) Business Day after delivery of such invoice to Guarantor.
