Guarantor Fee definition
Guarantor Fee means a fee paid by an Owner/Developer to an entity or individual that will provide construction completion guarantees to the project equity investor for an agreed upon price.
Examples of Guarantor Fee in a sentence
Guarantor shall have five (5) Business Days after the date of any Guarantor Fee Notice to request from Agent an invoice setting forth in reasonable detail such costs, fees and/or expenses requested to be paid by Agent and such costs, fees and/or expenses shall be due and payable by Guarantor to Agent no later than the fifth (5th) Business Day after delivery of such invoice to Guarantor.
