  • If Substantial Completion of Train 1 occurs after the Guaranteed Train 1 Substantial Completion Date, Contractor shall be liable and pay to Owner the amounts listed in Schedule E-2 per Day for each Day, or portion thereof, of delay until Substantial Completion of Train 1 occurs (the “Train 1 Delay Liquidated Damages”) subject to the aggregate limit of such payments in Section 20.2▇.
