guaranteed minimum return definition

guaranteed minimum return means the minimum return of money guaranteed by the Government under sections 110 and 111;
guaranteed minimum return means the guaranteed minimum return due to UCL in connection with this Contract and the provision of the Services as set out in paragraph 3.2 of Schedule 3;
guaranteed minimum return means the amount calculated in accordance with the following formula, rounded (if necessary) to two decimal places with 0.005 being rounded upwards: Where:

Related to guaranteed minimum return

  • Minimum Quarterly Distribution means $0.35 per Unit per Quarter (or with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.35 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.

  • stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and

  • Quarterly Average Excess Availability means, at any time, the daily average of the Excess Availability for the immediately preceding fiscal quarter as calculated by Agent in good faith.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the June 2007 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Quarterly Period means the most recently-ended three (3) calendar month period for which the Borrower has provided financial information pursuant to Sections 6.01(a) or (b).
