guaranteed minimum definition

guaranteed minimum means the guaranteed minimum as defined in sections 14 and 17 of PSA 1993 (minimum pensions for earners, widows and widowers)—

guaranteed minimum means the guaranteed minimum as defined in sections 13 to 17 of the 1993 Act;
guaranteed minimum. The Contractor shall receive a guaranteed minimum of Twenty (20) work hours for each combination of Operator and Equipment which has been assigned a CDS Route and the terms of the Agreement have been fulfilled by the Contractor.
