Guaranteed Bed Rate definition
Guaranteed Bed Rate means a reduced Daily Bed Rate - Guaranteed, as set forth in Exhibit A. Inmate means a person or persons transferred to SCORE’s custody to be housed at the SCORE Facility. The term “Inmates” includes Contract Agency Inmates.
