Examples of Guarantee Savings in a sentence

  • Guarantee Savings will be determined in accordance with the methodology(s), operating parameters, formulas, and constants as described below and/or defined in Attachment H and/or additional methodologies defined by CONTRACTOR that may be negotiated with OWNER at any time.

  • At the end of each Guarantee Year CUSTOMER will have forty- five (45) days to review the guarantee savings reconciliation report and provide written notice to HONEYWELL of non-acceptance of the Guarantee Savings for that Guarantee Year.
