Guarantee Order definition
Guarantee Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court in each Guarantor's Case in form and substance acceptable to the Lender approving the Guarantee.

Each of the Interim Order, the Final Order and the Guarantee Order, as applicable, are in full force and effect from the time after the date on which each was entered and has not been stayed, reversed, modified or amended without the consent of the Lender.
