The Guarantee Meeting Date shall occur at least thirty (30) days prior to check-in.
If it is after the Guarantee Meeting Date (30 days prior to check-in) and the conference count increases from the guarantee number, the University will attempt to accommodate the additional participants.
The building room rosters must be turned in to the University by the Guarantee Meeting Date unless otherwise stated by the University Conference Staff Coordinator.
