Guarantee Level definition

Guarantee Level means the number identified on Page 1 in the box labeled “Guarantee Level.”
Guarantee Level means the number identified on Solar System Performance Guarantee section in the box labeled “Guarantee Level.”
Guarantee Level means 95% of the Pro forma 8760 Dataset (the un-margined Pro forma Production Model).

Examples of Guarantee Level in a sentence

  • The Guarantee Level for each Salary Cap Year thereafter during the term of this Agreement shall be calculated as follows: add twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to the Guarantee Level for the immediately preceding Salary Cap Year, increase the total by the Growth Factor applicable to the Salary Cap Year for which the Guarantee Level is being calculated (as defined in Section 1(e) below), and subtract twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).

  • Performance Guarantee Member Support Member Service Support Performance Guarantee Level The performance guarantee for Member Service Support is defined as follows: Call response times within 45 seconds for 80% or more of all calls answered from all Virgin Pulse members E-mail response times within 48 hours for 95% or more of all e-mails answered for all members (excluding holidays and weekends) Satisfaction survey response of Satisfied or better by at least 80% of survey respondents.
