Guarantee Default. (a) the obligations of any Guarantor under the Guarantee Agreement shall cease to be in effect, or (b) any violation of any provision set forth in the Guarantee Agreement.

  • Guarantee Event of Default means a default by the Guarantor on any of its payment or other obligations under this Guarantee.
