GTx definition
GTx means GTx and/or its Affiliates, unless otherwise clearly indicated by the context.
GTx means GTx, Inc. and its Affiliate(s) (unless such Affiliates are clearly excluded from the referencing provision(s) at issue), provided that in no instance shall GTx, Inc. be relieved of any duty or obligation hereunder by the inclusion of its Affiliates in the definition of “GTx”.
GTx means GTX S.A.
More Definitions of GTx
GTx means GTX SEF, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. For purposes of this Rulebook, the term GTX also refers to the electronic trading system established and operated by GTX, or any successor thereto, that is made available by GTX for trading in Swaps.
GTx has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble to this Agreement;
GTx is defined in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
