GTx definition

GTx means GTx, Inc. and its Affiliate(s) (unless such Affiliates are clearly excluded from the referencing provision(s) at issue), provided that in no instance shall GTx, Inc. be relieved of any duty or obligation hereunder by the inclusion of its Affiliates in the definition of “GTx”.

  • ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.

  • DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • UMDAP means the SDHCS’s Uniform Method of Determining Ability to Pay (included as part of County’s Client Registration Payor Financial Information Insurance Authorization Form);

  • the Licensee means the person(s) named in the licence.

  • ONYX means Onyx Acceptance Corporation, and its successors.

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.

  • HPA means the Current HPA, as further amended by this Fourth Amendment.

  • EMD means Earnest Money Deposit.
