The French courts as identified by the applicable rules for jurisdiction where a consumer is a party to a dispute shall have exclusive authority to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this GTU or its subject matter or formation.
The waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of this GTU does not waive any other breach.
