Examples of GTTA in a sentence

  • GTTA shall direct each Account Debtor (and each depository institution where proceeds of Accounts are on deposit) to remit payments with respect to the Accounts to a lockbox account established with Bank or to wire transfer payments to a cash collateral account that Bank controls (collectively, the “Lockbox”).

  • Any event of default or material breach occurs under any agreement between any Affiliate of Borrower that is not a Loan Party and Bank, including, without limitation, any event of default occurring under that certain Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Bank, GTTI, GTTA, WBS, PEINC and PEUSA, as the same may be amended from time to time.
