GTR Financing definition
GTR Financing means Indebtedness to be incurred by Alon Refining in connection with the GTR Assets, pursuant to a loan or a sale and leaseback transaction in a principal amount not to exceed $9,000,000.
GTR Financing means Indebtedness incurred or to be incurred pursuant to a loan or a sale-leaseback transaction entered into or to be entered into by the Borrower in connection with the Borrower's GTR Assets.
Examples of GTR Financing in a sentence
The Borrower agrees that it will endeavor in good faith, in connection with any GTR Financing, to procure the agreement of the lenders providing such GTR Financing that the Liens of the Security Documents on the GTR Assets may be subordinated as contemplated above rather than released; provided, that the Borrower shall not be required to incur any monetary cost or loss in order to procure such agreement.
