GTG definition

GTG means Gray Television Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
GTG means Graphite Technology Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
GTG shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals.

  • Not limiting the foregoing, LICENSEE acknowledges that it is not granted any rights to any other patents or other intellectual property rights of GTG or any third party.

  • LICENSEE also acknowledges that there may be no adequate remedy at all for such failures and that in the event thereof, GTG shall be entitled to equitable relief in the nature of an injunction, pre-award attachment of assets, and/or other equitable remedies.

  • GTG is up-to-date in all filings with all requisite regulatory agencies and is in good standing with respect to all requisite filings.
