Examples of GTAM in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, GTAM shall not have the right to have a GTAM Designee included in the Board’s slate nominated for election to the Board if the election of such GTAM Designee would cause more than one representative of GTAM to be serving on the Board.

  • Each GTAM Designee or GTAM Replacement Designee that serves as a member of the Board (or committee or subcommittee of the Board) shall have the same rights and benefits, including with respect to insurance, indemnification, exculpation, compensation and fees, as are applicable to all independent directors of Holdings (or, in the case of services as a member of a committee or subcommittee of Holdings, as are applicable to the other members of such committee or subcommittee).
