GST Property definition
GST Property means the Personal Property located on or relating to the GST Real Property or the Business being conducted at the GST Real Property as of the date hereof and the Closing Date, including but not limited to the property described on Schedule 2.2, but not including any of the Excluded Assets or the Pass Through Assets.
