GST Definition. GST' means any goods and services tax imposed by legislation enacted by the Commonwealth Government of Australia including but not limited to a tax imposed by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (C'th) and the related imposition Acts of the Commonwealth.
