GSM MoU definition
GSM MoU means a memorandum of understanding signed between holders of GSM licences, as may be amended from time to time;
GSM MoU means the agreement signed by the network Operators and/or Authorities on 7th September 1987 and the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th September 1991.
