  • The YGC Recoupling Awards provide interested parties with the opportunity to compete for certain free services (described in section 6) relating to the Global Solutions Summit 2024 (“summit”), which is organized by the GSIF.

  • However, cancellation after the summit can solely apply to other services independent thereof; in this case, the data from the application remains in the possession of GSIF.

  • GSIF will not be liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from cancelation.

  • GSIF uses the data you provide to identify suitable candidates for participation in the Awards and the scholarship.

  • Under no circumstances will GSIF be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense relating to or resulting from any claim of infringement of any copyright, or other proprietary or intellectual property right of any third party, arising out of the use of the material you provided as part of the YGC Recoupling Awards.

  • GSIF reserves the right to cancel the Global Solutions Summit and all related events for any or no reason at all.

  • Backsiphonage means backflow due to a reduction in system pressure in the purveyor's distribution system and/or consumer's water system.

  • Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy. It is exempt from the UK government timber procurement policy requirements and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry. The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
