GSF STANDARD means the standards of operation, management and maintenance which the members of the Guarantor's Group adhere to from time to time in respect of drilling units comparable to the Rig which standards are at all times comparable to the standards of a reasonably prudent operator of oil rigs of the same type, age and condition as the Rig;
