Gryphics Technology definition

Gryphics Technology means all know-how, trade secrets and other technology rights owned by Seller and related exclusively to Seller, and all documentary evidence thereof, including but not limited to process transfer support sufficient to replicate Seller’s current capability to manufacture and to qualify the manufacturing of housings and other products currently manufactured by Seller and all material details, equipment recipes and parameters, tolerance process controls, and training on all applicable process techniques.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Technology means all the software, prototypes, devices, drawings, specifications, lab notebooks, manuals, databases, equipment, files, technical memoranda, invention disclosures, patent application files, research studies, testing data, plans, files, formulas, computer programs, data and information, quality control records and procedures, research and development files containing, embodying or revealing the trade secrets, confidential information, and know-how that constitute Intellectual Property.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.
