Group Value Added definition
Group Value Added means the Value Added calculated in the same manner as set forth in the Value Added definition, except that NOPAT, Capital, Capital Charge, Cost of Capital and other relevant terms shall be defined by reference to the particular group, not by reference to the entire Company.
