Group V Collateral definition

Group V Collateral means the Master Lease and all payments made thereunder, the Group V Vehicles, the rights under Vehicle Disposition Programs in respect of Group V Vehicles, any other Master Collateral, Master Lease Collateral or other Collateral related to Group V Vehicles, the Group V Collection Account and all proceeds of the foregoing.
Group V Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(a) of this Supplement.
Group V Collateral has the meaning given to it in the applicable Series Supplement.

  • Senior Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Credit Agreement Loan Document or any other Senior Debt Document or any other assets of the Company or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Senior Collateral Document as security for any Senior Obligations.
