Examples of Group Tour in a sentence
If a Safari Vehicle is exclusively booked for a Group Tour, a fee of R13,000.00 per day will be levied for the vehicle, with a “day” commencing at 12:00, and terminating at 12:00 the following day.
If a Safari Vehicle is exclusively booked for a Group Tour, a fee of R 6,500.00 per day will be levied for the vehicle, with a “day” commencing at 12:00, and terminating at 12:00 the following day.
We cannot be held liable for losses, incidentals or expenses in relation to a cancelled Group Tour if minimum numbers are not met.
If a Group Tour has minimum numbers for departure and the minimum numbers are not met, the Group Tour may be cancelled.
If a Group Tour requires an itinerary change, we reserve the right to adjust the price for that tour component and you will be advised prior to that change but only if it impacts the pricing in any way.

Freedom operated Group Tour Products/Itinerary (with or without any customer related changes) with/without chef will/may provide 1-2 Indian Items in Breakfast, 2 Items in Lunch & Set Dinner menu based on various day, planned/prepped by our Chef or at Indian Restaurant/Hotel subject to Hotel/Restaurant permission at particular location/city.
TOUR/ TRAVEL TRADE Included Facilitates Group Tour, Motorcoach, and Independent Travel booked through third parties.
Rates quoted are applicable only to FIT Packages and Group Tour Programs of below 10 rooms.
