Group Total Assets definition
Group Total Assets means total assets as they appear in the consolidated financial statements of the Issuer less the aggregate of total intangible assets and total liabilities of the Issuer on a consolidated basis, calculated by reference to the most recent annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Issuer.
Group Total Assets means at any time the total book value of all assets of the Group based on the most recent consolidated annual audited financial statements of the Issuer;
