Group play definition

Group play means two or more individuals sharing a purchase made.
Group play. Owner understands and agrees that in admitting Owner’s dog(s) to dog-dog group play, Owner is representing to AAPRST. that Owner’s dog(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed, shown aggression, or exhibited any threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs. Dogs may be dismissed at the sole discretion of AAPRST from group play for behavioral, medical, or age-related reasons. Dogs must be altered prior to one year of age in order to participate in group play. If not altered, dog will be placed in private play. IF DISMISSED/UNALTERED, THE DOG WILL BE A ‘PRIVATE PLAY’ DOG AND OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDITIONAL $15 PER DAY FEE. ARISING OUT OF OR BEING CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE BOARDING/CARE OF SAID PET. Safety is our #1 priority. Owner understands and agrees that during normal dog play, Owner’s dog may sustain injuries. Dog play is monitored by All American Pet Resorts – Shelby Twp. staff to best avoid injury, however during play scratches, accidental puncture, or torn ligaments, and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: DURING THE TIME THAT THE PET IS IN THE CUSTODY OF AAPRRH, AAPRRH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SICKNESS, DISEASE, DEATH OR INJURY WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED BY THE PET OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR BEING CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE BOARDING/CARE OF SAID PET. FOOD & FEEDING: AAPRRH provides a premium diet for all dogs. Because changing diet can upset a dog’s stomach, you are welcome to bring your dog’s own food in individually portioned in Ziploc bags. A bagging fee of $20 will be applied to those guests without proportioned food. In addition, our resort does not accept any bowls or measuring utensils from home. If AAPRRH’s food is provided, AAPRRH is not responsible for any food allergies or complications that may occur. PERSONAL ITEMS: No extra personal items are allowed – blankets, beds, toys, bowls etc. (slow feeder bowls are allowed if needed). 1 non-plush, chew toy is permitted if you prefer to bring one. The Resort will provide a raised cot and fleece blanket for your dog unless you mention otherwise. Owner agrees that AAPRRH shall not be responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging either to my dog or Owner. Owner also understands and agrees that the dog’s collar and flea collar will be removed in the play area to prevent injury. An AAPRRH paper collar with our address and phone number will be used for your dog (s) stay. MEDICATIONS / SUPPLEMENTS: If your dog is on medication and/or vitamin supplements, please enough of each for your dog’s for their entire stay. Please bring them in the original containers so we can document them properly.
