Group IT definition

Group IT means all Information Technology which is owned by any Group Company or which has in the last two years been used in connection with the business of any Group Company other than Retained IT;

  • Commencing on January 1, 2015, (a) OPC Group IT will provide all IT and network support for the OPC Group personnel (including CBRE as part of the “Office of the Building”) at the Wilshire office building, and (b) CRC Group IT will provide all IT and network support for the CRC Group personnel at the Wilshire office building until the expiration of the Office Term under Annex B, Part VII, Section A.

  • Group III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
