Group Dental Coverage definition

Group Dental Coverage means group coverage: (i) maintained for Employees by the Employer under a separate plan, program, insurance policy or contract; (ii) which satisfies the requirements of Sections 105 and 106 of the Code; (iii) substantially all of which is for treatment of the mouth (as described in Treas. Reg. Section 54.9831-1(c)(3)(iii)(A)); and (iii) is “permitted” coverage within the meaning of Section 223 of the Code.

  • Employees on parental leave may elect to continue Core Extended Health Care and Core Group Dental Coverage for the duration of their leave provided that they undertake to pay 50% of all premium costs of these benefits.
