Group 2 Executive definition
Group 2 Executive means an officer or other executive who has been designated by the Committee as a Group 2 Executive in accordance with Section 2 below.
Group 2 Executive means an Eligible Individual identified as a “Group 2 Executive” in accordance with such individual’s Employment Letter.
Group 2 Executive means, as of the applicable date, each employee of the Company Group holding one of the following positions with the following titles (or any applicable successor title in the event of a title change with no change in responsibilities): (i) Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, (ii) General Counsel of the Company, (iii) Chief Colleague Officer of the Company, (iv) Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, or (v) Chief Digital and Information Officer of the Company.
