ground works means works involved in preparing, cultivating, tunnelling or levelling land prior to, and in connection with, the construction, enhancement or re-erection of a building;
ground works means works in (or connected with) the ground at the Site which the Supplier is to provide as part of the Installation Services (if any), as described in the Technical Workscope or Supplier’s Scope;
