This rule makes technical, non- substantive changes in 33 CFR 83.34, ‘‘Maneuvering and warning signals (Rule 34),’’ to provide greater clarity and align this regulation with the International Maritime Organization’s International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (72 COLREGS).
Each application must designate the type of Commercial Ground Transportation Service to be provided at Tulsa International Airport, and a list of vehicles which will be providing services at Tulsa International Airport including vehicle make, model, color, year of manufacture, license number and vehicle identification number (VIN).
Upon approval and execution of this application by Massport, this fully completed application and its attachments shall constitute the Operator's Commercial Ground Transportation Service Operating Agreement.
All persons engaged in Commercial Ground Transportation Service at the Airport, whether as an operator, driver, employee, or representative of an operator, or otherwise, shall at all times comply with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
Description – “Taxi Non-Reserved” shall mean a Taxicab, licensed to do business in the City of Portland, with an Access Permit issued by the Airport to provide first come first served Commercial Ground Transportation Service at the Airport via Taxicab.
Each Operator shall, at its own expense, pay all federal, state, and local taxes, which may be assessed against it or its equipment while in or upon the Airport, as well as all federal, state, and local taxes assessed in connection with the providing of Ground Transportation Service from the Airport.
Operators and Drivers shall not provide misleading information concerning their own or any other Commercial Ground Transportation Service or other services at the Airport.
Operators providing Ground Transportation Service by Charter Bus (other than those operating under Section 804) for the transport of passengers to and from the Airport on an infrequent or unscheduled basis, shall pay a business privilege fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), payable per bus, effective for a one (1) day period and Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day, payable per bus, for days two (2) through ten (10).
No SolicitationNo Person in providing Commercial Ground Transportation Service at the Airport shall engage in solicitation of business, fares or passengers on Airport property, including within the Terminal, except to the extent expressly authorized herein.
All Operators shall maintain records and controls, which are sufficient to demonstrate the amounts of the revenues derived by the Operator from providing Ground Transportation Service from the Airport and the amounts paid by the Operator to the Commission.
