Ground System definition

Ground System means (a) the ground system deliverables to meet the requirements of and to be delivered in accordance with Exhibits A2 and B2 of the PanAmSat Contract, for operation of the Spacecraft, and (b) for Spacecraft ordered by PanAmSat pursuant to Article 41 and Article 45 of the PanAmSat Contract, the Ground System Follow-On Deliverables for such Spacecraft.
