  • At Borrower’s expense, maintain insurance respecting Borrower’s assets wherever located, covering loss or damage by fire, theft, explosion, and all other hazards and risks as ordinarily are insured against by other Persons engaged in the same or similar businesses (including all-risk ground coverage of Borrower’s Spare Parts, Designated Engines, and Ground Service Equipment).
