GROUND LOT LEVEL definition
GROUND LOT LEVEL means the finished level of the lot relative to the midpoint of the verge that it fronts (existing or as established at subdivision stage) and immediately adjacent to the lot. The finished level of the lot shall be +/- 0.5 metres from the level of the verge at the front of the lot, measured from the mid point of the frontage of the lots.
