Ground Handling Agent definition

Ground Handling Agent means any person or organisation, including the Operator or an Operator’s Associate engaged by the Operator, or by the Operator and an Other Operator in conjunction, to provide the services of a ground handler, including the loading and unloading of passengers, baggage, cargo and mail to and from aircraft, in connection with the Permitted Use.
Ground Handling Agent means: a person or agency that performs, on behalf of an operator, the service of accepting, handling, loading, unloading, transferring, or otherwise processing cargo, passengers or baggage.
Ground Handling Agent means an independent contractor which provides services for an aircraft that has landed at an airport;

  • Other Special Servicer The applicable other “special servicer” under an Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to a Serviced Companion Loan.
