Gross Misbehavior definition

Gross Misbehavior. When gross misbehavior occurs, the teacher should contact parents and notify the building principal. Any show of disrespect by word or action toward any staff member, open defiance that may threaten the general discipline of the school or the classroom, or carrying or using weapons in a school building or on school grounds shall not be permitted. Parent conferences with teachers and/or building principal(s) should be scheduled and/or other appropriate disciplinary action taken.

  • Gross Misconduct means any act or omission of the Contractor in violation of the most elementary rules of diligence which a conscientious Contractor in the same position and under the same circumstance would have followed.
