Gross Heating Value or BTU Content means the energy per unit volume represented by the number of BTUs produced by the complete combustion of one standard cubic foot of Gas (excluding hydrogen sulfide) at a temperature base of sixty degrees (60o F) Fahrenheit and pressure base of 14.65 pounds per square inch absolute.
