Gross Default Amount definition

Gross Default Amount means, for any Charged-Off Receivable, the Outstanding Principal Balance for such Receivable on the day it became a Charged-Off Receivable, less, with respect to any Charged-Off Receivable that is a Charged-Off Receivable solely by virtue of clause (ii) of the definition thereof, any Collections received on such Charged-Off Receivable from and after the date on which such Receivable became a Charged-Off Receivable.
Gross Default Amount means, for any Defaulted Receivable, the Outstanding Principal Balance for such Receivable on the day it became a Defaulted Receivable, less, with respect to any Defaulted Receivable that is a Defaulted Receivable solely by virtue of clause (ii) of the definition thereof, any Collections received on such Defaulted Receivable from and after the date on which such Receivable became a Defaulted Receivable until the date on which such Receivable becomes a Charged-Off Receivable.

  • Cross Default Amount means, for a Party, the cross default amount, if any, set forth in the Cover Sheet for that Party.

  • Default Amount means, as to any Defaulted Account, the amount of Principal Receivables (other than Ineligible Receivables, unless there is an Insolvency Event with respect to Comenity Bank or the Transferor) in such Defaulted Account on the day it became a Defaulted Account.

  • Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Defaulted Amount for the related Monthly Period and (b) the Floating Allocation Percentage for such Monthly Period.

  • Mandatory Default Amount means the payment of 130% of the outstanding principal amount of this Note and accrued and unpaid interest hereon, in addition to the payment of all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of this Note.

  • Aggregate Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of the Investor Default Amounts in respect of such Monthly Period.
