Groomer definition

Groomer means any person engaged in the operation of changing the physical appearance of the skin, coat, hair, or feathers of pet animals at a licensed pet animal groomer facility for compensation.
Groomer means a person who, for a fee or other consideration, cleans, trims, brushes, makes neat or manicures non-livestock animals, or treats non-livestock animals for external parasites.
Groomer means an individual or business that cleans, trims nails, and fur of animals during regular business hours (no overnight watching or care for animals) If located within a residential unit or lot a groomer shall be required a home-based business license.
