GROG definition

GROG shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

Examples of GROG in a sentence

  • GROG represents and warrants that all Intellectual Property is in good standing, has been prosecuted and maintained in accordance with all appropriate rules and regulations, and that all Intellectual Property has been properly assigned by all inventors to either Global or Impact.

  • It is agreed by the Parties that Improvements to Global Intellectual Property by GRDG during the Term of this Agreement shall be owned by Global, and Improvements by GROG during the Term of this Agreement to Impact Intellectual Property shall be owned by Impact.

  • Upon the execution of this Agreement, any inventions, discoveries or other items of intellectual property (i) which have been developed by GRDG Sciences, LLC on or subsequent to November 1, 2016; or (ii) which are to be developed by GROG Sciences, LLC during the term of this Agreement shall in either case become the property of the Company.

  • All New Intellectual Property of any kind conceived, created, discovered, owned, made, reduced to practice, or otherwise developed by GROG including but not limited to Improvements and Discoveries funded by a separate third party, will belong to such funding entity.
